Hi there....!
I am Sid a college student and a passionate lerner of health and fitness.
Yes I am NOT a certified trainer but I have decent experience of 4 years in weight training, which boosted when I was declared medically unfit for joining NDA because of my cubits valgus. Since then I have learnt a lot and want to spread the knowledge on this easy topic which most the people try to complicate.......!
