About Reuben
I am a qualified level 3 personal trainer and level 2 fitness instructor. I have five years of experience training clients 1-1, small group personal training sessions and delivering larger fitness classes. I have a genuine interest in fitness and people and I use this to help clients become the best version of themselves.
