My teaching is rooted in the belief that understanding ‘why’ something works is as important as knowing "what works.” - I always incorporate **real-life examples or analogies** that resonate with students’ contexts? - I use *visual organizers or narratives* to make abstract concepts clearer—especially in subjects like geometry or macroeconomics. - I follow formats—storytelling, structured discussions, data-based analysis—based on the topic. - I draw from literature and philosophy to deepen students’ understanding of economic and social systems—encouraging them to see the world with both analytical and empathetic lenses. - I also ask open-ended questions. - Encourage students to **reflect, argue, and rethink** their assumptions. - Offer choices in tasks to respect different learning styles. - I constantly reflect on how to make lessons more efficient and meaningful—streamlining what matters and eliminating distractions.
