About Sayantan

I am an engineer followed by MBA from one of the older IIMs of the country. My credentials include
Class X: Maths 100, Physics 95
Class XII: Maths 99
B.Tech: University Bronze medalist
MBA: Top 15% of batch
Tuition Credentials:
*Student who used to get around 50 in class VIII got 92 in class X and is currently employed with Deloitte after MBA
*Student who used to get in lower 40s in class VII got 90+ in class X and in class XII and is currently with Loreto College with Economics Hons

About the lesson

I have a discussion with the student to see the level he/she already is at. This helps me get a clear idea about how to proceed. No fixed method suits all. I would like to gauge how a student is and a student who is currently at a level to get 40 should be dealt with very differently than a student who is at level 90.

I believe in a dialogue where the students ask questions repeatedly to challenge me and to get their doubt perfectly cleared, no matter how long it takes. The evaluation I take in class is more for my understanding of the student's grasp of subject than their evaluation. It is based on this that future classes are designed.
