About Tyler

Hello, I'm Tyler! I'm a chemistry tutor with two years of experience and a 4.0 GPA, at least in my chemistry classes ;). My goal is not only to help you succeed in your chemistry class, but also to help you feel more confident as a student in all your classes. I believe the key to learning chemistry is to develop an understanding of a concept and then practice it.

About the lesson

My first priority is to help you feel confident studying chemistry. I'll point you to helpful free resources and share some of the strategies that helped me be successful in my chemistry courses.
Prior to meeting, I'll request a list of the topics you'd like to go over and prepare a brief lesson overview as well as practice problem sets to work through together.

Classes I tutor for:
General Chemistry I
Organic Chemistry I
Organic Chemistry II
Biochemistry
