About David
Dedicated private economics and math tutor with a passion for helping students excel in their academic pursuits. With 3 years of experience, I've successfully guided numerous students towards achieving their academic goals and building a strong foundation in both economics and mathematics.
I have a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Swansea University and have recently started working toward a Master's in economics alongside my full-time job as an economist with the civil service. This helps me to keep completely up to date with economic theories and academic practices. I've always had a deep fascination for the subjects and continues to stay up-to-date with the latest developments and research in the field. This extensive knowledge allows me to provide students with comprehensive and relevant insights, ensuring a well-rounded learning experience.
I believe in tailoring the tutoring sessions to each student's unique needs, learning style, and goals. I understand that every student has different strengths and areas that require improvement, and design personalized lesson plans to address those specific needs effectively. By providing clear explanations, real-world examples, and engaging practice exercises, I aim to create an interactive and supportive learning environment that fosters student growth and confidence.
