I am a sports professional with a long experience (more than 10 years) in all kinds of training and activities related to the sector. From personal fitness training and collective activities of all kinds (pilates, yoga, spinning, soccer, body-pump, body combat, etc.), to functional outdoor training, and extensive knowledge in nutrition.
