About Alberto
I am Sports High Technician, Bachelor Degree at Sports Sciences and Physical Activity, and Physical Education Teacher. Since 2015, I have specialized in Crossfit and Weightlifting, and I have a lot of experience in different Training Systems (Les Mills, Zumba, Indoor Cycle, Pilates, TRX ...) as well as in different sports (Surfing, Skate, Basketball , Swimming, Paddel Tennis...)
