I’m a private chef with 20+ years’ experience, ranked 3rd in the world for dessert. I love sharing my passion for seasonal, beautiful food and helping others build confidence in the kitchen—whether it’s pasta, plant-based meals, or stunning desserts.

Hi, I’m Brooke – a private chef, two-time Australian Dessert Champion, and currently ranked 3rd in the world for dessert.

With over 20 years of experience in professional kitchens, I offer engaging, hands-on cooking classes tailored to all skill levels. Whether you’re learning to cook for the first time or want to elevate your dinner party game, I’ll guide you step-by-step in a supportive and relaxed setting.

I specialise in:
• Seasonal and plant-based cooking
• Italian classics (gnocchi, risotto, cannelloni)
• Private dining-style meals
• Award-winning desserts and plating techniques

Classes available online or in-person (Wollongong/Sydney region).
Rates start at $90 per hour for private lessons, with group sessions and custom packages available. Your first lesson includes a free 15-minute consultation to understand your goals and cooking style.
