About Derek
I have been in the health and fitness industry for 8 years now. My first degree was in nursing, my second was pharmacy technician and my last is in Exercise Science. I was also the Physical Training SGT for my unit during my time in the ARMY, where I would lead my troops in exercise and tactical drills. Now i manage a team of 10 trainers and help them help others
