I am an experienced personal trainer, with a degree in Sports Science and over 8 years experience as a professional athlete. I have helped hundreds of people to improve themselves for the last 4 years, providing not only nutritional and fitness coaching but also unlimited support throughout the journey.

I believe everyone has a different reason to start exercising, so I like to find out your why's and then find the best method to help you fall in love with the process and not only the results.
I base my coaching around slowly, but gradually improving habits and behaviors when it comes to nutrition, learning or solidifying proper technique when it comes to the work we do in the gym and encouraging more fun - and physical - activities on your daily routine (outside of the gym).
