About Martin

I taught privately when I was in high school through college. Then in public school for 30 years. Jazz specialist. I teach beginner adult piano students how to play songs quickly. Many of my students are professional musicians now. Many others are music educators.

About the lesson

I base my approach on what the student needs and wants. I analyze where they are, where they want and need to go. We discuss what their goals and objectives are and their work ethic in achieving them. Communication is key.
