About Laura
I'm an experienced personal training who is qualifie as Gym Instructor level 2 and Personal Training level 3.
My passion for fitness started when I was very young, and had to overcome some heath issues caused by weight loss. Training didn't only changed my weight, but also helped me to gain confidence, solve my health issues and feel more energetic. It improved my everyday life, and still does that!
