I am a Sports Science Master's graduate, Level 4 Strength & Conditioning Coach, and hybrid athlete with several years of experience in fitness, athletic performance, strength development, body composition transformation, and injury prevention.
With an absolute passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals, I am committed to providing expert coaching, education, and support throughout your journey.
