About Victoria
I’m a STOTT qualified advanced matwork pilates instructor, specialising in athletic conditioning, pre & post natal, ZENGA, virtual 1 : 1 and group teaching. I’ve been teaching for a few years, and virtually for a few months now, so I know it is still incredibly effective!

Virtual 1:1 classes - These 60min sessions are all about your goals & needs. Working at your pace & intensity we program a bespoke repertoire, resulting in faster progression.
Virtual group Classes - Perfect for larger groups & corporate clients, these mixed ability 60min classes can be tailored to the groups needs. You can join a group (£15pp max 8 people) or form the group yourself (£70 no max number of participants although I recommend less than 10)
