I primarily aim at getting the student interested first and foremost because without a curious mind you can't find the urge to receive knowledge. Education is not just about exams but about developing a sense of understanding the subject at its very depth. So I welcome ideas, engage is discourses, encourage the unique interpretations of students and provide them space to grow. I think teaching requires an environment where the students feel free to question and present their own approaches.
