About Vanessa
Yoga teacher with 4 years of practice. Yoga means "union" between our mind and our body, and our soul and the whole consciousness that exists and that we are all part of. I became a teacher of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga in India, March 2019. Since then, with the effects of the pandemic, I have been teaching online mostly. I can say that it remains a challenge but I am grateful to be able to share energies with so many people from all over the world. In addition, I greatly encourage my online learning, taking a course also in ayurveda, kundalini yoga and at this moment to dwell on the practice of chi kung.
