About Rocio
I love my profession and my job. I have passion and an interest without limits both in the fields it covers, as in alternative therapies such as Chinese medicine, myofascial, visceral therapies, etc. I have a fairly complete training, especially in manual therapy, extensive practice in the sports field and personalized treatments.
I became interested in yoga, Pilates and fitness years ago and I do not stop studying and expanding my knowledge whenever I can.
I would love to share all of this with people who are interested in their body, physical and emotional health and well-being, and the relationship they have with each other.

I have training in conventional physiotherapy, personalized training with highly competitive athletes and postpartum treatments. Study Thai massage, yoga and aerial yoga in Thailand for five years. I adapt to the energy and flexibility needs of each client. Depending on the level and the learning capacity I use one method or another.
I can give from yoga classes to training classes for strengthening, bodybuilding, aerobic training and stretching. If the client wishes, * massages and manual therapy treatments can be included to complement the exercises.
