About Stefan

Fifteen years spent coaching students through the dense material of organic chemistry has sharpened my approach to teaching. Amines, functional groups, and complex IR and mass spectrometry interpretation are my primary focus areas. My background includes radical reactions, alcohols, ethers, and NMR spectroscopy, which I use to clarify difficult concepts.

Carboxylic acids and elimination reactions often cause confusion for even the best students. I emphasize the specific reaction mechanisms that tie these topics together for clear understanding. Helping students move toward independent problem solving remains the core of my practice, leaving the reliance on tutors behind.

About the lesson

Weekly mechanism drills are a key part of effective exam preparation, with consistent feedback throughout each intensive session.

You will learn how arrow-pushing techniques and synthesis maps can help you recognize patterns and solve organic chemistry problems more effectively. With 15 years of teaching experience, I focus on building a strong conceptual foundation followed by targeted practice. This approach helps you strengthen your understanding and develop confidence for your next exam. Ready to master these patterns and improve your exam performance?
