About Michelle

Hello! My name is Michelle, I am a native English speaker. I currently live in Ecuador.
I am a very enthusiastic and active person. I have a good ability to motivate learners and encourage them. I have never believed in the word impossible, be assured that we can easily acquire any foreign language as long as we focus on our goals and work hard with strong will according to clear and well-prepared plans. Keep in mind that professionals were just beginners when they started but they worked hard on themselves and their goals :)
Teaching is not just a job for me, it's a great message that I'm able to deliver perfectly. What I enjoy most is helping others and supporting them towards their goals. For me, teaching is the best way to be happy.
I speak Spanish fluently and also am a beginner in French.
I'm friendly, flexible and patient. I like reading, singing, cooking, eating : and meeting people and their cultures. You can always ask me any questions if you'd like to know anything else about me.

About the lesson

I customize my teaching approach according to my student's needs and goals. I provide well-structured lessons and well-organized classes with specific goals to be achieved. I support my students and help them practice the language and grammar in a wide range of situations, developing the four main language skills (writing, speaking, listening, and reading) and vocabulary in order to enable them to communicate effectively. I use free textbooks and learning materials (audios, videos, whiteboard, songs, pictures, games and flashcards). I always have an interest to introduce my students to some aspects of American & Ecuadorian culture & background. English is a Latin-based language (Romance), it is very straight-forward, but beautiful and unique. If you wish to learn it, it's good to not only practice but to feel it's particularities. I will help learn how to think and express yourself in English properly. I am ready to be your tutor and work together towards your goals.
