About Shaila

Hello!
My name is Shaila and I have been an English teacher for 3 years and a tutor for more than 7 years. I dedicate myself to finding what works best for you! Working with your strengths is my priority, as not one size fits all when it comes to learning a language.

I have had many students pass their A1-B2 level Cambridge exams. I am prideful in my work and I hope that I am able to assist you with your needs.

In my free time I like to play lacrosse, read and travel!

About the lesson

As a native English and Spanish speaker, my lessons are suitable for ESL students and those who are wanting to acquire up to a B1-B2 level.
I have multiple years of experience working with children, teenagers and adults.

My teaching method includes using games, charts and sometimes linguistics based approaches to better understand the language as well as practice oratory skills
