About the lesson

1. Adaptability: I can adjust my approach based on how students learn best. Whether the students need more visual, logical, or need real-world examples, I can tailor explanations to suit a learning style.

2. Patience: If a concept is confusing to a student, I can go over it as many times as necessary until it makes sense.

3. Clear explanations: I break things down into manageable portions, using simple language and examples to ensure understanding.

4. Personalized feedback: I provide instant feedback, whether students are working through practice problems or discussing a concept, my goal is to help them stay on track and build confidence.

5. Resourceful: I can offer extra practice problems, explain tricky concepts from multiple angles, and even link to other materials that might help clarify things.

6. Encouraging: I focus on building student’s confidence and helping you them see their own progress, so that they are motivated to keep going.

7. I am bilingual. I am fluent in both English and Spanish, I used to teach new coming students English.

8. I have worked for the City of Monterey, I was a playground leader for a summer program, where I was in charge of looking over 8-10 children at a time.
