About Preethi
Hi! I'm Preethi Srikanthan, a recent graduate of Columbia's Master of International Affairs program. I have extensive experience in both tutoring and teaching. I have previously tutored elementary, middle, and high schoolers primarily in Math and English. I have also been a Math Teacher at Eye Level Educational Center. I received a high SAT score and am well-prepared to tutor for this exam as well. I truly enjoy tutoring and working with children - I find it to be rewarding to watch them grow and see them progress.

I speak to both the student and the parents about what the area of focus is and the struggles the student is facing. In the first session, I prepare an exercise that helps me determine the student's skill level. After establishing this skill level, I identify long-term and short-term goals. Each tutoring session will have a clear objective.
