About Kay
I’m a big reader and comic book fan who loves a good story, which is probably why I’m so into teaching creative writing. When I need to reset, I’m usually swimming to clear my head. I’m pretty driven—I finished my Honors while working full-time—so I’m definitely someone who gets things done. Whether we're diving into literature or sharpening your essays, I’m all about making it click. I enjoy teaching because I like to see the improvement in my students and seeing that “lightbulb on” moment!
