About Sara
I own a home-based bakery that deals with specialty needs diets, such as gluten-free, paleo, vegan, etc. I have been cooking all the meals for my family since I was 16. I started this business because my mom is celiac, my dad is on the paleo diet, and a lot of my neighbors are vegan. It’s very hard to find good diet-friendly foods and recipes.

I start my student off with a recipe that is at their level. I explain what each of the ingredients does in the recipe, why it is important, and what and why you can or cannot substitute certain things in the recipe for other ingredients.
