About John

I am a geographer with a Graduate degree in Geography. I have been tutoring pupils and students of all ages and academic level, including masters and PhD students, giving online lessons for the last 10 years. I major in ecology and climatology.

About the lesson

My teaching approach is using direct instructions. I approach each lesson from a question-answer perspective to gather the prior knowledge of a learner to the topic at hand. I use inquiry-based instruction technique to ensure my students have grasped expected content.

Details

My rates vary depending on the level of the student. The rate for high school level is $8/hr; undergraduate level rate is $10/hr; masters level rate is $12/hr; and PhD level rate is $14/hr. Upon cancellation without a valid reason, 20% will be deducted from the lesson earnings before refund. Upon cancellation with a valid reason, 100% lesson earnings will be refunded.
