About Kirubikshitha

Hi, I'm Kirubikshitha — but most people just call me Kirubi!

I'm a final-year Computer Science student based in Chennai, passionate about two things: data and communication. While my academic world revolves around Python, SQL, and analytics, English has always been my strongest suit — the language I think in, write in, and express myself through.

I scored 9.04 CGPA in my degree, co-authored and published a peer-reviewed research paper in an international journal, and I'm currently preparing for IELTS — which has sharpened my understanding of English across accents, grammar nuances, and academic writing at a whole new level.

Growing up, I was always the person friends came to for help drafting emails, fixing essays, or just figuring out "how do I say this in English?" — and I genuinely loved doing it. That's what led me to tutoring.

I believe learning a language should never feel like a chore. My sessions are relaxed, judgment-free, and honestly quite fun — while still being focused and productive. I adapt to each student's pace and personality, because no two learners are the same.

When I'm not tutoring or studying, you'll find me exploring datasets, reading, or attempting to understand why English has so many silent letters.

If you're looking for a tutor who will make you feel comfortable, keep things interesting, and actually help you improve — let's connect!

About the lesson

Forget boring grammar drills and stiff textbook exercises — my classes are designed to make you actually enjoy learning English!

Here's what a session with me looks like:

No pressure, no judgment — just a relaxed, fun space where you feel comfortable making mistakes and learning from them.

Jolly & engaging — we learn through real conversations, interesting topics, games, storytelling, and activities that keep things lively. You won't be staring at a whiteboard the whole time!

Still structured & goal-oriented — while the vibe is light and friendly, every session has a clear purpose. You'll always walk away having learned something new and useful.

️ Accent-ready — I am currently preparing for IELTS, which means I am well-versed in a wide range of English accents — British, American, Australian, and more. I can help you get comfortable understanding and speaking in different accents, which is a huge advantage in today's world.

What I cover in class:
• Everyday spoken English and fluency building
• Grammar made simple and fun
• Vocabulary through real-life context
• Accent training and pronunciation
• Academic writing, emails, and formal English
• IELTS / exam preparation
• Interview and presentation English

Whether you want to crack IELTS, speak confidently at work, or simply stop freezing up when someone speaks to you in English — I've got you.

My goal is simple: by the end of our sessions, English should feel like a friend, not a foreign language.
