About Rachel
I have taught 6th and 8th grade English and Reading for the past 4 years. I enjoy teaching and love finding new ways to help students learn. I always like to say learning can be fun! Growing up I always had to find “funny” ways to remember certain things. It always worked. Even though we all learn different, any student can accomplish anything they set their mind too!

I enjoy lessons that are fun and memorable. I like to teach in a way to help other think outside the box. Everyone learns different, therefore teaching students in a way that they will remember what they learned is important. I always like to check for understanding. At times, different lessons may need to be retaught and these are the lesson that more than likely need more than one way to teach.
