About Rebecca

Recently graduated from California State University Long Beach with a B.A. in English Literature, I’ve loved writing much longer than I’ve studied it. Yet it was throughout my community college years that I was able to explore and strengthen my confidence in my writing. I found myself in back-to-back creative writing courses and being able to just write felt like the foundation to what my skills have grown into today. Throughout my academic career I was able to assist many students in strengthening their papers while staying true to themselves and that is something I took and still take great pride in!

About the lesson

In this writing course we’ll push the boundaries of exploration while prioritizing knowledge. Together we’ll strengthen your writing, work on independence as a writer, and build strong relationships with English overall. I’m a firm believer nothing is too scary when you’re given the chance to try and thats exactly what I hope to do.
