About Nikhita

I am a student of Law. I have approximately 6 years of experience in teaching. I have previously taught several children at government schools on a voluntary basis and have interned at several organizations where I have prepared study material as well. In addition, I have experience teaching Bharatanatyam and Carnatic vocal. I have a flair for teaching kids, while making teaching more interactive.

About the lesson

My teaching method is highly interactive. Conceptual understanding is what I focus on as I believe that understanding concepts ensures better application. I structure my classes by familiarizing myself with the student and his/ her strengths and difficulties. I proceed with the topic with a practical approach. As a teacher, I expect absolute discipline, punctuality and a hardworking attitude.

Nikhita is a highly motivated, hardworking and organised teacher and has a wonderful rapport with her students. She has an excellent grasp of her subject and is able to very effectively communicate and explain the concepts that she teaches. Nikhita and I volunteered together as part of the School and Student transformation project, an initiative of Akshaya Patra, where she showed exemplary prowess in teaching and interacting with the students. I would, without a doubt, recommended her as an exceptional teacher.
