About Cynthia

I have been giving private tutorial lessons over 15 years. I also provided educational services to numerous day cares in the Charlotte area preparing rising pre-k and kindergarteners with the tools to transition from a daycare setting to a classroom setting. Teaching them how to read thru phonics, write their names, some basic sign language, Basic Spanish, science projects and history.

About the lesson

I approach each topic with the intent to make learning exciting and fun. Keeping each student attention can difficult at times, especially after being in school all day and then has to attend a tutorial session with me. I make a game out of it with incentive prices after a couple of weeks of successful sessions with me.

I have known Cynthia for over 4 years in which we coached and mentor high school girls in the marching band. Cynthia is trustworthy, loving, and caring around all people and especially children and young adults. She loves to not only teach, but nurture children in a positive and loving environment. She wants to see every child grow to the best of their ability and excel in academics and life. Cynthia has a way of being able to make children feel comfortable around her which causes them to open up to her and allow her to teach and support them. I recommend highly recommend Cynthia.

To Whom it May Concern. Hello. My name is Philtrice Mixson and I've personally had the opportunity to work with Mrs Monroe. She is simply amazing with the youth and a great tutor. She has great patience and understanding. To be more expressive, basically, she has all the skills needed to help one accomplish their overall goal. Honestly, I feel that Mrs Monroe is very unique and is such a beautiful, loving person inside and out, and anyone/company that associates themselves with her will be 100% pleased.
Sincerely
