My teaching method is centrally based on learner oriented rather than teacher oriented. Where each and every learner can participate. While teaching any topic there should be discussion so that every learner can get involved there should be no rote memorisation. My main methodologies are project based learning, group discussion , self learning , activity based and learning and the most important thing based on the learner the methodology should be completely dependent on the learner.
