About Sidney

36 years of age and i embarked on this journey when I had a vaccine injury which lead me to being completely blind and on 5 different medications. Luckily and thanks to the doctors I regained my eyesight. However, I had to be on medications for the rest of my life. The result of the medications made me gain weight and I did not like the side effects. This was supposed to be my new life but i didn't accept it.

I then got in calisthenics and stopped using the medications and haven't had a relapse in me going blind and i am now lean, shredded and much more stronger than ever. It took less than 1 year for my transformation and now all my friends and family want me to train them. So i have decided to help others in their transformation.
