About Baveenan

I’m 21 and have been passionate about weightlifting since I was 17. Over the years, I’ve transformed my own body, losing over 30kg, and I now combine strength training with boxing. I help clients achieve sustainable fat loss, build strength, and improve fitness with practical, tailored programmes.

About the lesson

My approach to weight loss and strength training is built around three key pillars: Diet, Exercise, and Mental Endurance.

Diet: I’ll design a personalised plan that works for you and your lifestyle, without requiring drastic changes to your core meals like breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Small, manageable adjustments lead to consistent results.

Exercise: I create the most effective workout plan tailored to your goals, whether it’s fat loss, muscle gain, or strength improvement.

Mental Endurance: I’ll support and motivate you throughout your journey, including daily check-ins to ensure you stay on track and overcome obstacles.

With this approach, you get a practical, sustainable programme designed for long-term success, backed by my 4 years of weightlifting experience and personal transformation of losing 30+kg.
